EXPERIENCE
Scott was for many years a partner at a highly-regarded New York construction litigation firm where his practice was concentrated on the litigation, arbitration and mediation of construction disputes around the country.
For the last decade, Scott's practice has been devoted exclusively to acting as a mediator and arbitrator of construction disputes, and as a member of contract dispute review boards.
Scott is an active member of: the Construction Industry Large, Complex Case Panel of the American Arbitration Association; the EDR Institute; the Dispute Resolution Foundation; and the Neutral Roster of the New York Supreme Court ADR Program.
Memberships
Scott is a longstanding member of the Bar Association of the City of New York and the National Bond Claims Association.
Education
Scott is a graduate of Fordham University and Loyola University School of Law, where he was Comment Editor of the Law Review.
